Jonathan R. Avolio, Esq.
PrincipalBackground
Jonathan is an experienced litigator that incorporates the skills and expertise acquired in the courtroom to his transactional practice.
Prior to founding J Avolio Law, Jonathan worked as a commercial litigator for an AM Top 100 law firm handling complex legal matters for Fortune 500 companies around the country. His practice areas included real estate, employment, products liability, business disputes, and general liability matters. From there, he transitioned to becoming corporate counsel for a real estate investment company responsible for preparation and negotiation of documents associated with the acquisition and disposition of real property, construction contracts, and financing agreements.
Jonathan began his career as a trial attorney in New York City prosecuting and defending corporations and individuals in matters involving personal injury, including construction liability and premises liability.
